FleetMan generates weekly rental charges on a schedule you configure per driver, and sends reminders automatically. Drivers see their running balance and payment history in their self-service portal. When you receive a payment (cash, bank transfer, etc.) you record it in a couple of clicks, and the balance updates instantly. Charges that pass a grace period you set are flagged as overdue, and you can apply a late fee when appropriate — you stay in control rather than fees being charged automatically.
